NorWest Industrial Mat, Ltd. Co. is a company located in the State of Idaho organized in the spring of 2004 to manufacture three ply, bolted, hardwood mats to supplement the production of a major Canadian mat manufacturer. The principals involved in this organization had many years of experience in the supply of raw lumber product to other mat manufacturers.  Our first years production was approximately 15,000 mats which went onto job sites primarily in the Provinces of Alberta and Saskatchewan. Within a years time our mats were in such demand that we went to a "direct marketing" status and are now marketing mats to the general industry. Our customers include companies involved in: Oil & Gas exploration, pipeline construction, land development, storage and site development, work camps and campsites, helicopter pads, logging, staging and equipment storage, crane platforms, and others.
