Our main manufacturing facility is located in Fruitland, Idaho near the Oregon border in Southwestern Idaho. This facility consists of over 26,000 square feet of indoor manufacturing space with attached office space. Outside storage consists of approximately 60,000 square feet of yard space plus a ten car capacity rail siding.

This plant has a general capacity of about 80 three-ply bolted mats per shift. We run 8 hour shifts and are capable of running two shifts per day. Our production capabilities are stated for production of our "standard" three-ply, bolted, hardwood mat. Production will vary for "custom" mats according to specific design factors.

We maintain two large yards for storage of lumber and finished inventory along with two large capacity rail sidings: one at our Fruitland, Idaho plant and one in Boise, Idaho. Both locations are geared for truck or rail shipping and receiving. Our shipping is logistically consistent for Central and Western Canada and the Western U.S.A. markets.

To date, most of our product has shipped into Western Canada and the Northwestern United States. Annual production is approximately 20,000 mats based on a "single-shift" work schedule. Our maximum capacity is about 35,000 mats annually.

We maintain a raw lumber inventory large enough to build 5,000 mats at any given time and we, as a standard goal,  try to maintain a 3,000 mat inventory for response to market trends. With the general capacity to build out a 2,000 mat order in about one month we consider our capabilities of response to customer requirements among the best in the industry.
